Vietnam is banning bloggers and social media users from sharing news stories online, under a new decree seen as a further crackdown on online freedom. They want to keep these channels as a mean to exchange personal information only. So far 46 activists have been convicted this year and recently three bloggers were also taken into custody in the month of June alone. (via France24)
